What is your process?

We want to make everything as smooth, thoughtful and comfortable as possible. Fill out the form above, or contact us, and we will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss what you want from the shoot, what you’re trying to commemorate, and what ideas you had. We will schedule the shoot, and will connect with you 48 hours before to check on any last minute requests and ideas. The day of the shoot we will meet at our predetermined meeting place and time and do the shoot. We work hard to make sure we capture what you had in mind, with throwing in some of our own expertise and ideas. It can be awkward to have a stranger stick a camera in your face for two hours, so we strive to ensure you are having a good time and put at ease.

How long does each session last?

We schedule our portrait shoots for two hours. Does it always take exactly two hours? Not necessarily. What happens if it goes over that timeframe? No worries. We understand that things can run late. If you feel you need more time, you can always schedule an extra hour for a nominal fee.

How many photos will I get from my portrait shoot?

You will receive all the photos from your photo shoot. All these photos will be edited and ready to share. We select what we feel are the best ten photos and work on a more refined and detailed edit.

How will my photos be delivered, and how long does it take?

We try to get your photos to you as quickly as we can. While we usually can get your photos to you within 72 hours, it can take up to 10 business days. You will receive a digital gallery that is password protected, making it easy to share and download photos. You will never lose access to your digital gallery. You will also receive a backup copy on a thumb drive through the mail.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Yes. We understand that things come up, weather doesn’t cooperate, or kids are acting up (we’re parents too!). If a day or time doesn’t work, let’s get it on the books later. We are flexible

What does it cost?

A two hour photo shoot costs $400. This includes all photos from the shoot. If you feel you need more time, you can book an extra hour for $100. Want a short video to go with your engagement announcement or maternity photos? We can do that! Pricing for that is on a case by case basis.

Where do you work?

Before your shoot, we’ll discuss what you want from the photo shoot and if you had any ideas for location in mind. If you aren’t sure where to go, we can help! Anything in the Gallatin Valley, Livingston, Clyde Park, Paradise Valley, and Big Timber is covered in your fee. Travel beyond that will be billed at a nominal fee.
